I'm about to produce about 1000 words looking at the spelling from a dyslexic perspective. My dyslexia was so bad that I failed the basic military English test - twice! Until I studied the advantages of dyslexia I had no idea how it gave me advantages. As a 17 year old, in my first job, I found ways to make stuff my factory had to order in. In my journey of learning how to spell I found other ways of spelling. As I progressed to take qualifications I was the only student on my degree course to leave with two registers UK patents. As a teacher I developed projects that could be used in the teachers absence and they ended up being sold all over the country. As Head of Department in a Specialist Dyslexic school I turned the results from 13% to 100% in just one year! As a CEO I used my creative/stretegical skills to increase sales by 20-30% a year. Now I aim to help teachers enable dyslexics to be able to spell much better

I can do whatever i want, when i want. I don't even have any pets anymore... Its too stressful taking care of them. I had 5 dogs i loved and took care of that took a lot of my time caring for them. We have layers of conditioning not just familial but societal too, and if you add trauma on top of that, it is understandable why self worth and self esteem will not always translate to taking action= valuing yourself. Then if someone adds shame to the mix for not doing what they should be doing then you are back to step 1. I think the how to is missing and it is never as easy as just take action. If it were that simple everyone would be doing it. And no this is not an excuse, but rather learning to get to the root of the problem, and not just saying the obvious.

So true! But this is missing in adult relationships too. The greatest gift we can give another is our complete presence.

Being alone is something we need to learn but most of us cant cause the humans weren’t designed to be alone so we always tend to look for people we always look for someone to laugh with to talk with and specially if you are in a relationship sometimes your afraid of braking up with your partner because of the fear of not knowing how to be alone and trust me sometimes it gets depressing 😢

Learnt to say this to myself at a young age. No thanks to those around me growing up call me dumb etc all the time. When in fact I was gifted with HDHD. The way our brains go about solving problems (among so many other elements in life) is why I feel having someone that has ADHD on your team to run a business is a must. Side note. Been hearing your name pop up for months, and just now seem this video of you. Surprised I had a similar life as a kid, wasn't till I was into my 40's that I have ADHD. Couldn't read above a 8 yo level till well into my 20's when I started to read books on facts and fiction, that I started to learn. Still to this day I have never read a novel. I have this weird need and want to learn and understand anything new I come across, and move onto the next thing hahaha.
